Well, that was enough for me. This EA isn't even going to make it into the due diligence folder!! There you go, time, and expense saved!!

Hi Omar,

Not sure what to say really, I don't like being mean and try and give things a chance but on a sales page you are supposedly showing the world your best - I'm sure every trading product vendor cherry picks nice looking charts, gives you an over curve-fitted backtest etc - which is fine, that's what marketers do (no-one at Coca Cola says "our product rots your teeth and makes you fat", do they?!?).

But if you can't even get a backtested chart to 90% (let alone 99%) then frankly you are either an idiot or just amateurish.

What makes me sick is that I spent two weeks asking what on earth it was they were selling - it actually says on the preview page I was sent: "Not a robot (they suck!); not an indicator, NOT a system!" (paraphrasing) - yet it's all the above.

So if all these marketers are promoting something when they don't even know what they are promoting and do it ANYWAY - that's just abysmal.

I hope this kind of marketing disappears soon as it's really getting old.

Simon shows how a little research can save you a lot of time and headache using a flimsy product. If the developer can't even give you remotely legitimate information, it is usually not worth the time to pursue it any further.
