Finally got a refund for the last payments, it took a while, it wasn't nice and I had to escalate to Plimus. "Honest" service tried hard to get away using dishonest tactics directly violating Plimus refund policy and their own promises. I was using service from 16th March, and last renewal was 16 of May, I cancelled it and asked to refund the last payment on 18th of May. They started with a claim Raj made 300 pips that week so I have no reason to be unhappy. Probably they only count positive pips, but "forget" to notice any losses. I said I am over it, I just want to refund last payment. Then they say I do not respect their refund policy that states I should use service for 21 days before asking for a refund. First there is no such policy not on their website nor with Plimus (which will be the last authority), and second I was using service for two months already. They did not even bother to look for the records or played idiots. Quote:"There is nothing to escalate.
You purchased the service on May 16th and have not USED IT as you must do to get a refund.
You can EASILY contact us to get these situations resolved. People spend years learning to trade and you are impatient over a few days? We are here to HELP YOU but you must adhere to our policies. Thank you.."

Then I listed all the facts and email from support person, Piny, who promised to add me extra days to subscription, in order to compensate the fact they were unable to provide me with a working registration code till 21st of March, so I was able to start using subscription not from 16th March but from 21st. And I was able to start using trade copier even week later but I would settle for 21st. They did not, obviously. It stayed 16th. They replied in an amazingly stupid way, quote :"Comments: VENDOR : Resolve (without a refund) - Policy states 21 days you must use the service...Youre completely unsatisfied with what? We will not argue with you. Good luck. "

Of course I pushed to escalate to Plimus, stating all the facts again, but I studies Plimus general refund policy and found out that they must provide an unconditional refund in 30 days and conditional refund in 60 days, so despite I initially wanted only to refund me latest payment done 2 days before the cancellation, I went for refunding two latest payments, due to the fact being subscription prolonged as per their promise, my request to refund latest month would get me refunded April payment. You know what? It was last night, this morning two last payments refunded by vendor without a single word.
I think they target newbies who can't defend themselves and looking for an easy prey who doesn't know their rights, just like most other "vendors" in this industry. I remember same story with Forex Robot Cup scam. Once they meet a person who know his or her right and understand correct approach, they lose interest, refund and look for easier prey to feast upon.

Actually, I would not ask to refund the first month even if I could, Raj was trading sensible and actually made some money, maybe only good to close the service cost despite more less sizeable account I allocated, but principle was sound. But second month they had trade copier on vacation for a week, and best few trades were made, and then it wasn't copying some trades and was copying another and overall result was bad, and last two days were plain horrible: Raj went nuts and started to overtrade, with 3 trades a day, all losing ones. And that was the guy who did 2-3 trades a week before max. I think they started to push his to make trades to justify customers who wanted more action (that's not me, I want pips not action), and he got broken.
And yesterday the guy behind this service sent a spam email with robot advertizing for those who "want many trades every day". This email talk how many many trades a day this bot does, at the end stating it did 400% growth last year. This is clear to me they changed the tactic to look more "busy" but they broke it along the way. Too bad, but the moral of the story is don't trust any signal or anyone trading for you, even if they do well they will go sour sooner or later. Chances are sooner. Learn and trade for yourself.
