    Thanks Ron
The system was winning at the beginning - that original post was back in April and Simon was stating the situation at that point. Unfortunately since then the losses have outnumbered the wins, which is why the results page now is in deficit. A lot of people are now seeking refunds as the system is not doing well and there has been no explanation from the providers as to why the system has not been doing so well recently. I am still testing the system at the moment but I will be joining those people unless something happens in the next week to change my mind.

Default Refund of $97 monthly subs

    Thanks

PS. I assume we still have to cancel the ongoing payment do we?
I, like many others here, requested a refund (back on 6May) - but am struggling to get any positive action for refund of my first $97 monthly subscription that was billed to my C/C on day 8. I had the standard boiler-plate offer, politely declined, have now received refund of the initial $1 trial (took 5 days to appear on my C/C) ... but have still had no response to further followups for the first $97 fee. Have just sent further followup to Plimus (with 4 PDFs of past records) and await their response.

Meanwhile, just interested if you, or any others, have had better success - ie received full refund (beyond the $1 trial fee that was invoiced) to include the 1st (or maybe even 2nd by now) monthly $97 payment, or maybe for the wireless.

BTW, Canceling future subs via the Plimus panel was the easy part, with instant email confirmation (6May). Getting the refund via both Plimus and PTCC Support has been the challenge!

    Still hoping for resolution,
    Nugen

Nugen, I also requested a refund & got it for the initial $1 trial, & the $97 wireless.
I have since requested a refund for the monthly $98 subscription & am currently still waiting. Everything was done through Plimus.
But you are right, it is a real struggle (& it really shouldn`t be).

PS. It still hasnt had any outstanding wins recently, so I am glad I asked for a refund.

Mango - thx for your response, we are clearly in the same situation... and I wonder how many others are still waiting for a refund of the $97 monthly sub paymt.

Despite several more emails to both Plimus Support and PTCC Support, I have had no response, just silence!

As a result, I am starting to think SCAM ... based on a carefully contrived plan where "they" (PTCC, with Pimus being a complicit partner) are willing to only refund against Invoiced amounts, ie the initial $1 trial fee (for which I received an invoice) and I see some others who purchased wireless for $97 (did this $$ vary?) which I assume was also Invoiced. However I, like several others have reported, NEVER received an Invoice for the $97 monthly payment, and hence received NO refund.

Fortunately I took action to cancel future $97 monthly payments to my C/C on day 35 - just before day 38 (ie 7 day trial then first 30 days) when second $97 monthly payment was to be billed to my C/C. If this is their plan, I can well understand why PTCC might have decided to offer a "world first 71 day total Refund period" - this way they could seduce three $97 monthly sub payments from Trial participants which would not be refunded. This certainly explains their immediate offer following cancellation pressing me to continue and use the full 71 day trial period.

I recognize that the explanation above may sound rather sinister ...but what other conclusion can one draw based on current behaviour ???

Still hoping for a postive resolution ... but am becoming increasingly frustrated and jaded...
Meanwhile, are there any others who have received a full refund including the $97 monthly (maybe multiple) subs?

    regards, Nugen

Guys, you need to find an email sent to you by Plimus that indicates a user name for the respective subscription. Request a password for it. Then you can raise a dispute right in there and get refund for the subscription.

Well I have finally received all my refunds.
The original $1 offer, the $97 wireless & lastly, after many e-mails, my $98 ongoing subscription.
So now I am a happy camper.

    Raa,
Many thanks for your further tip. I finally got a response to my repeated emails last Tuesday advising refund, and $97 (ie 1st month subs) re-credited to my C/C yesterday.

Pity it was such a struggle. Happy to put this most frustrating experience behind me ...noting that my original decision to cancel (6May) was based on poor support responses to questions on price submitted the day after I signed up (10Apr) ...2 weeks before performance headed south in a big way!

I see its still struggling to get back into the black ...for those who joined 2 months ago.
    regards, Nugen
