I've had 8 real micro accounts with them over the last year, all accounts avg ($10 - $25) plus they give you a $1 bonus. Small bonus but a lot of orders or lot sizes needed to claim back.

I never made any withdrawals before I burned out the accounts, so can't help you there.

They do have a user friendly website cabinet from where you can control all your accounts, deposit/withdrawal etc.

I've used their email service a lot (explain later) and they do have a quick response, but if you read their support forum a lot of members would differ on this.

Support forum seems to be a place for their staff to advertise and make money (for themselves) than help its members, as a lot of serious problems go unanswered, but sometime they do seem to help "others".

Now the email support and problems:

I don't know if its just me, but I use to wonder if they responded quicker to my emails because I live in the UK. (Can't seem to find the right words to explain this better)

Their biggest problem centers around their platform/servers having lots of downtime, you'll see their forum littered with this, but no answers to explain the problem. Did have a few moments myself as I knew one account was nearing the pink line and nothing I could be done about it, as the "server" was down.

They can't seem to keep their deposit E-currency processors very long.

The latter would worry me, but I'm still learning and for the sake of learning with a small amount and a quick method to fund (hope this is not the kiss of death for this method) I would give them another go, as for withdrawal my doubts would remain.
