impending daily signal on NZD USD?

I am still really new to looking at charts, but on the NZD USD daily, if the next trigger is green, then there should be a signal, correct? I believe that is the only possible daily trade for EST brokers on the close of these daily candles.

Please correct me if my logic is wrong. Thanks.

Well the trigger was red again so nothing happened.
