About me: I have studied trading for 10 years. My first few trades increased my ‘bank’ by 50% in three days, therefore hooked! I thought ‘Elliott wave trading’ was the real thing. However since then, oh my goodness, several opposites and wrong directions. Knowing that an answer existed somewhere, I tried many systems and techniques, studied the Gann and technical methodologies, bought courses, videos, you name it. And yes I bought all the recent $1,000 offerings.
My forte has always been analysis. I wrote several software programs that could tell me how many of a certain setup occurred over many years of bars and their success rates. All very interesting, possibly more use in Commodities than currencies but did it help? Well yes and no, I didn’t lose too much, but then again the profits soon evaporated when catching the wrong move. But add the costs of buying failed systems etc. and the time element, the labour of love is a very expensive exercise.
So, I joined Forex Mentor Pro. What a pleasant surprise. Excellent commentaries, sensible systems and a good group of people all of which is make it far superior to anything else I have seen. After following for a few months now, it is all beginning to make sense, so with time and effort my ultimate objective of full time trading should be fulfilled!
