I am at my first year at university and I am interested to do a summer internship on a company dealing with forex or generally with stock market.

I do not think you are looking for something in Greece.

There some sites that provide you all the necessary information. They find you the job (usually not paid) and arrange for tickets, accommodation etc. It is better if you ask the international office of your University.
