south african traders

hi

i would like to know if there are any south african traders on this site that tried funding there trading account with alpari uk or any foreign brokerage firm?

i was told by one of our banks that you need to have a tax clearance certificate and loads of other things. if there is any member that has gone through this any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

how are you? i was wondering if you are south african and currently living in south africa? i am trying to open a live trading account with alpari uk but know one seems to know how i can go about doing it. hope to hear from you.

I'm also from SA but do not work through Alpari. I use IBFX(USA) and AvaFX(Cypris) live accounts. I do not experience any problems to fund my accounts. I just fund them with my credit card and never had to answer any questions.
