An introduction to who I am and why I am here
Before we kick off this thread, I though it worthwhile to explain what I am doing here and why. (I copied a brief resume below if you are interested).
The route here was fairly simple, Forex Mentor Pro.
Putting it simply, ‘during the course of re-establishing my financial status’ I started exploring every avenue possible where I could make money. With my brothers help, he looked at my situation as a financial adviser.
That led me to understand pensions and all sorts of financial strange doings that could help me on the financial recovery journey. The more I learned, the more it was obvious that fellow traders would be interested. Hence this part of the forum.
While I have made a 'few bundles' in my time, I have lost a few too. This time I intend keeping it.

About Stephen Cole:
Stephen Cole, an entrepreneur with a technology, software, business and sales background. He has over 30 years’ experience in technology start-ups, acquiring and building business. His career started with companies based in the U.S. based in California and in the U.K. where he is now based.
Stephen has specialised in creating technology business opportunities. He was involved in the Police and Intelligence communities specialising in software technologies for the intelligence services. More recently he was Managing Director of U.S. start-up Verity Inc. (UK), for 6 years between 1990 and 1996. Now acquired by Autonomy in 2005, he left Verity Inc after a successful NASDAQ IPO in 1995.
He was founder and managing director of Street OnLine, the UK's fastest growing e-commerce company which pioneered internet transactional software. Streets OnLine's data infrastructure and software was developed specifically for online retailing. Streets OnLine was acquired by Kingfisher plc in December 2000. Stephen then accepted a role in Kingfisher plc as Research and Development Director for MVC Entertainment.
After acquiring Intellectual Property Rights from Kingfisher plc, in 2001 he founded Future Route, a leading business intelligence company based in the UK.
Trading at various times successfully, Stephen soon 'discovered' that a thorough understanding was required to make serious money from trading. Meanwhile, he invested in commercial property opportunities in the mid first decade in the UK and Eastern Europe. Despite being the target of a criminal fraud in 2007 in which over $1m was stolen, Stephen wrote a book about the whole experience (available at Amazon and in pdf form Exposed, Beware Forgery and Fraud) in which he describes what to look out for if you ever become suspicious of people around you. The six years of research and detailed analysis of major currency pairs, commodities and stocks including indices is available for download. He wanted to identify a trading edge and soon discovered that rigid approaches are not a panacea for riches, however they do show you where successful trades begin. Six years later, the results of these reports is available via the web free of charge. Stephen hopes that this free report will help others trade successfully.
Personal Note for Forum Readers: Yes this fraud was agonising. To see years of hard fought cash disappear in a flash was hard to accept. It placed huge strains on family and people who worked for me , something none of them deserved. While Financial Planning isn’t something that many are interested in, I have learned that there are many benefits to taking notice. SIPP Trading accounts is one such option. In just a few years you can be massively ahead. And the proceeds can be tax free.
